Chris Evans Workout Strategy

It is universally accepted that the perfect ab exercise
  1. maximizes isolation of the abdominal muscles;
  2. reduces lower back stress by minimizing the involvement of the hip flexors (the psoas group);
  3. fool-proofs itself by the nature of its performance.
